If an item is not in stock, AISB will special order it from the manufacturer upon purchase. Once the item is ordered it takes an estimated 6 – 8 weeks for the item to arrive in our warehouse (depending on manufacturer). At this point the order will immediately ship and you will get a shipping confirmation email.

Our policy at this time is to ship all orders when they are “complete”, meaning all items are in stock. If you need specific items to ship sooner please contact customer service and we will accommodate.

We normally ship all in-stock orders within one business day of the date the order is placed. If an item is not in stock we will special order from the manufacturer and it should arrive in the lead time stated on the product page. Typically special orders take 2 – 4 weeks to ship however that varies by manufacturer. In some cases we are able to direct ship from the manufacturer. If this is the case with your order, the status will be updated to “Direct Shipment from Manufacturer.” Typically, this adds 1 – 2 days to the time it takes to ship out, and the actual transit time could be more or less than the estimate on the website.
